Reschedule, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy at DexaFit West Houston

Appointment Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will deprive you of valuable service time. If arriving late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and will charge the cancellation fee at our sole discretion. If arriving late and we can still safely accommodate you, we will make every effort to perform your service in the remaining scheduled time.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Reschedule:

  1. Appointments may be rescheduled any time up to 24 hours preceding the scheduled appointment.

  2. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

  3. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours that are subsequently canceled will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation:

  1. Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund (minus credit card fee).

  2. Appointments canceled within a 24 hour period preceding the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for refund.

  3. No show appointments are not refund eligible and can not be rescheduled.
